Build Stronger Employer Relationships and Grow Your Occ Med Accounts

Join the next Occ Med Growth Cohort. This 8-week, small-group program helps your team build a simple, repeatable system to open employer conversations, ask better questions, and turn interest into steady Occ Med growth.

By the end of eight weeks, you will have a defined employer outreach framework, a documented follow-up cadence, and live conversations underway with current clients, active prospects, and new employer opportunities.

See if the cohort is a good fit for your practice.

Built on a Trusted Foundation

Built on a Trusted Foundation

This program is built from working with and training hundreds of urgent care and occupational medicine organizations for more than 25 years.

WebForDoctors has partnered with NAOHP to build on the long-standing foundation of occupational medicine sales training and apply it to today’s outreach environment.

We combine time-tested principles with structured follow-up, modern communication channels, and practical implementation inside your practice.

200+ Employer Decision-Maker Contacts Included

200+ Employer Decision-Maker Contacts Included

Participants receive 200+ employer decision-maker contacts during the cohort to support their outreach efforts.

These contacts typically include HR leaders, safety managers, operations leaders, benefits managers, claims administrators, or company owners, depending on the organization.

Each week, participants receive a new batch of contacts in a spreadsheet, filtered through the week’s industry focus and aligned with each participant’s dream account targets.
Contact lists typically include a mix of employer sizes so participants can pursue opportunities across multiple segments of their local market.

This gives participants practical fuel for outreach while they are learning the system, rather than leaving each session with ideas but no one to contact.

Where You’ll Apply It

Where You’ll Apply It

You will use the same core language and questions across:

  • Current clients
  • Active prospects already in your pipeline
  • New employer opportunities we help you identify

Each week, you will decide who to reach out to, what to say, and how to turn those conversations into more consistent, repeatable growth.

Industry Examples and Dream Account Targeting

Industry Examples and Dream Account Targeting

Each week combines two important filters.

The first is a common industry, sub-industry, employer segment, or opportunity area where occupational medicine conversations tend to follow recognizable patterns.

The second is your own dream account list and local market priorities.

Each week, you are applying the language to real employer environments and working through the specific accounts and opportunities that matter most to your organization.

Industry examples in the next cohort will include:

  • Construction
  • Transportation and warehousing
  • Manufacturing
  • Public and municipal employers

These are practical examples, not rigid tracks. You will adapt the language to your specific market.

How the Program Works

How the program works

Each week follows a simple working rhythm:

  • Review the previous week’s outreach activity and results
  • Overview of the week’s industry focus
  • Discussion of messaging and questions that resonate with that industry
  • Guidance on adapting the language for each participant’s local market and target employers
  • A practical outreach assignment you can use right away

Participants then apply what they learned between sessions by reaching out to employers, documenting conversations, and refining their approach as the cohort progresses.

The goal is simple: more real conversations, better questions, and a growing Occ Med pipeline your team can keep building after the program ends.

By the end of the cohort, you will have a documented employer growth process your team can continue using long after the eight weeks are over.

Why Team Participation Works Better

Two seats are included because this works better when at least two people from the organization are involved.

That could be a rep and a leader, an account manager and a rep, an owner and an operations manager, or another combination that makes sense for your practice.

When two people go through the cohort together, the language sticks better, follow-through is stronger, and internal momentum builds faster. You are not relying on one person to carry the whole system back into the organization alone.

Additional seats can be added if more team members should be part of the process.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is this for?

This cohort is designed for people involved in growing an occupational medicine or occupational medicine-adjacent practice, including owners, operators, clinical leaders, and team members working on employer relationships and business development.

Do I need a large or highly competitive market?

No. The approach is designed to work in smaller or more relationship-driven markets where trust, clarity, and timing matter.

Will this apply to my specific employer types?

Yes. Industry examples are used to show patterns. You will apply the same language and structure to your real employers and opportunities.

Is this generic sales training?

No. This cohort is built specifically around occupational medicine growth, employer relationship development, and the realities of urgent care and Occ Med outreach. The work is practical, market-facing, and immediately usable.
